The Dodge Dart was built by Chrysler from 1960-1976. It has become real popular to car enthusiasts. The Dart is a mid sized car and has better gas mileage than many from that era and was the smallest of the full size Dodge.
In 1967 the Dodge Dart was redesigned. Revised steering systems, wider spaced rails and larger engines. The basic form was the same with a facelift of the front and rear styling. Unfortunately the new look featured inverse curves in the rear of the vehicle creating a blind spot so you need to be aware of this when driving this model. These new curves also tended to collect snow.

1970 brought fresh changes for the Dodge Dart. The front and rear was changed to look like the Dodge's full size vehicles. This Dodge Dart became know as the "Swinger." The photo at the top of this page shows the Swinger.
Another interesting feature of the Dodge Dart was the "Spirit of 76" edition. This came about because of the United States Bicentennial. This 1976 Dodge Dart was white with red and blue stripes like the American flag. It was a good way to show your American Spirit.

Dear Dodge Dart Fans,
I am writing to you in behalf of your Heavenly Father. He is seeking you like a lost sheep. You remember the Bible story? It is about a shepherd who has 100 sheep. But when he brings the sheep home one night, one is missing. He then leaves the 99 sheep and goes out into the wilderness until he finds that lost sheep.
In this parable the shepherd goes out to search for the one lost sheep-the very least that can be numbered. So if there had been but one lost soul, Christ would have died for that one. To read more click Lost Sheep
