Steve Irwin The Crocodile Hunter, died whilst filming underwater documentary footage off the coast of Australia., when a stingray extended its barb into his chest, puncturing his heart.

Irwin parlayed youthful experience as a crocodile trapper into an international television career, a feature film, and a series of accolades in Australia for his promotion of tourism and environmental awareness. Despite a macho image as a wrangler of large, dangerous animals, Irwin was a committed conservationist. Nevertheless, his cavalier showman's approach also drew criticism, especially with an incident when he held his baby boy while feeding a crocodile."

" The Crocodile Hunter is a wildlife documentary television series hosted by the late Steve Irwin and his wife Terri. The show became a popular franchise due to its unconventional approach and Irwin's outrageous antics. It spawned a number of separate projects, including the feature film The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course and two television spinoffs: Crocodile Hunter Diaries and Croc Files. The series has been presented on Animal Planet in the United States and has been in international syndication on networks worldwide.

The late Steve Irwin and his wife, Terri, shared the philosophy that in most instances, one may hunt, trap, and relocate most "problem crocodiles," defined as those who have come into conflict with humans, without harming them. Their programs reflect an approach centered around "human co-existence with wildlife," which is in sharp conflict with poachers and some other persons who also lay claim to the label "crocodile hunter.""

Dear Steve Irwin Fans,

I am writing to you in behalf of your Heavenly Father. He is seeking you like a lost sheep. You remember the Bible story? It is about a shepherd who has 100 sheep. But when he brings the sheep home one night, one is missing. He then leaves the 99 sheep and goes out into the wilderness until he finds that lost sheep.

In this parable the shepherd goes out to search for the one lost sheep-the very least that can be numbered. So if there had been but one lost soul, Christ would have died for that one. To read more click Lost Sheep
