A Fifth Wheel Travel Trailer can be used for leisure activities like vacations and camping to full time living. Have you ever dreamed up just selling your home or leaving your rental and buying a RV 5th wheel camper and just take off exploring the country? You can stay in parks and campgrounds or just park at night in a Wal-Mart parking lot and travel as much as you want? Many people live in their fifth wheels full time and survive on retirement funds or earn their living from the Internet so that they can be free to travel.

over the truck bed, thus shortening the total length of the trailer and vehicle combined. This gives a private area used mostly for a bedroom.

The fifth wheel comes with all the comforts of home and can be customized to add extra desk space, generator and satellite Internet. The upper-level models can come with solid wood cabinets, full size fixtures, king size beds and more. 5th wheel sales are on the rise because the cost is so much lower than a motorhome. You don't have the repair bills a motor home would cost compared to the repair cost of a pick up. Plus you can use your pick up to get around leaving your fifth wheel safely at your camp site while a motorhome has to come with you unless you tow a car behind, which would add to your load.

The first time I saw one of these trailers was at camp meeting. A friend invited us to come inside and look. I was amazed at how homelike it was. There were carpeted steps going to a bedroom in the extended part in front and the rest was so nice. I was very impressed and decided that someday I might get one of these and move out to some place in the forest and settle down in my little home.

I haven't done it yet but my husband and I are talking about moving and this would be a cheap place to live while he built the cabin he has always wanted to live in.
If we sell out home we would have enough to buy property but probably not enough to buy something with a nice home on it so this might be the best way to do it.

Just buy property but in the utilities and live in a nice camper while something else is being built. Even if something else is never finished we could live in comfort.
